The butterworm is the larva (caterpillar) of the chili moth. It is also called the Tebo worm.

Its soft body is brightly colored, it gives off a fruity scent that attracts even the most picky eaters. It contains the highest level of calcium of all common invertebrates. It measures between 1.0 and 4.5 centimeters long. It can survive from one to four months if you keep them in the refrigerator (5 to 10 ° C). Provide a dry substrate such as chicken feed, as well as apple slices.
