All animal sales are final sales. No return or refund.
For animals, you can choose the option; pick up in store and complete your purchase online. Door to door delivery is also available, but you must contact us by email specifying your full address, the animal chosen and your phone number. We will contact you for delivery costs and finalize the sale.
Layaway: you can reserve an animal for a period of 21 days with a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the amount of the animal. You must communicate with us by email providing us with your phone number for the layaway. We will contact you to finalize the deposit and layaway.
Delivery / Pick up in store (products only)
Items purchased will be shipped to you anywhere in Canada by Canada Post (regular or express post service, depending on your choice) or available for pick up at the store if you have chosen this option. You will receive an email notifying you that items have been shipped or are ready to be picked up.
Pick up in store: You have 21 days to pick up your items. Once the 21 day period has expired, the items will be returned to stock and your purchase canceled. A refund will then be issued to your credit card less a deduction of 25% of the order amount for cancellation fees.
Returns (products only)
You must return products at your expense within 10 days of receipt to the following address: Magazoo, 1951 Bélanger est, Montreal, Quebec H2G 1B8.
Products must be in their original packaging, in good condition and unused.
Please include a copy of your original order in the package.
You can also return items to the store within the same timeframe.
Returned products will be credited to you, excluding shipping costs. In the event that one of the products is defective, the shipping costs will be refunded to you.
A refund will be issued to your credit card.
