Zamioculcas Zamiifolia 'Raven' Plant | ZZ Plant 6cm

A classic among virtually indestructible plants! The ZZ plant derives its charm from its glossy leaves and upright habit. Beneath its fleshy petioles lie rhizomatous tubers resembling potatoes at ground level. These are water reserves, called "caudexes." Thanks to these reserves, it is able to survive periods of drought in its natural habitat. As a houseplant, it is recommended to let the soil dry out completely between waterings. The leaves can reach 1 meter in height! Furthermore, the ZZ tolerates dark rooms very well, but for optimal growth, it prefers a bright room.

The Raven variety is distinguished by its coloration. The glossy, dark black oval leaves bring a modern touch to any decor. New leaves will be green and will gradually turn black!
