Euphorbia bupleurifolia × susannae is a rare and fascinating hybrid, highly prized by succulent collectors. It combines the characteristics of its two parent species, creating a compact, sculptural, and charming plant.
It typically forms a rounded or elongated caudex, resembling a small, textured trunk, from which emerge slender, narrow, and often slightly wavy leaves. The foliage, ranging from deep green to olive, appears in a rosette at the top, giving the plant an almost miniature palm-like appearance. It prefers bright to moderate light. Direct morning or late afternoon sun is ideal, but avoid intense midday sun, which can scorch the leaves.
Handle with care! The sap, which contains latex, can cause irritation upon contact with skin and eyes. It is toxic if ingested.
