Coleus ‘Stained Glassworks Tilt-a-Whirl’ is a particularly dynamic and artistic variety, renowned for its swirling foliage with striking contrasts. Its broad, slightly serrated leaves display a vibrant mix of lime green, bright yellow, and burgundy, often arranged in irregular patterns that create an almost hand-painted effect. The overall effect is one of movement and depth, hence its evocative name. It has a dense, bushy, and well-branched habit, making it ideal for pots, planters, or colorful arrangements. Like most coleus, it is primarily grown for its spectacular foliage, as its flowers are inconspicuous. To maintain its compact shape, it is recommended to regularly pinch back the tips of the stems. It is also susceptible to drought and prefers its soil to remain slightly moist.
