Product description:
The Porcellionides pruinosus “White Out” are woodlice highly valued in bioactive terrariums for their efficiency and rapid establishment. They help to break down organic waste (food scraps, dead leaves, small molds) and contribute to keeping the substrate cleaner and more stable.
An active and generally very prolific species, it is ideal for quickly establishing a functional microfauna in a bioactive terrarium, with a good leaf litter and a moisture gradient.

Humidity: moderate (they like a moist area but need a drier zone).
Tip: maintain a gradient (a moist zone + a drier zone).
Temperature: around 20–27°C (faster reproduction in warm, stable conditions).

continuous leaf litter (base)
supplements: vegetable pieces, La Swamp woodlouse food, etc. (in small amounts)
Calcium: always have a source available (cuttlefish bone, calcium, well-dried eggshells, etc.)
Warning: very fast species: avoid overfeeding (mold/mites).
